RedSky User Forum on March 27
Since RedSky was established, many of you have provided us with valuable feedback and insights on how RedSky can better integrate with your daily workflow. As a sign of appreciation towards our loyal customers and as a way to continue enhancing the system together, we will be hosting the RedSky User Forum: a one-day gathering of RedSky customers and the RedSky team. We will also be using this session to announce new product and roadmap updates.
The first RedSky User Forum is scheduled for March 27, 2019 and will precede this year’s FIDI Conference in Amsterdam, which RedSky is proudly supporting with a Silver Sponsorship. Save the date and register now for our first RedSky User Forum, as more details will be announced shortly!
In order to meet the needs of our customers, RedSky has assembled a team that combines expertise in both moving services and technology. At the RedSky User Forum, you will have the chance to meet the new RedSky management team.
RedSky is currently in the process of re-establishing its support department for customers in the United States. To start the year off well, we are pleased to announce that as of February 2019, all Move4U mover tools will be fully integrated within the RedSky platform. This provides movers with a powerful ecosystem of exchangeable data and interconnected tools. The integration of the Move4U solutions and the RedSky platform follows the announcement of the cooperation between both innovative companies at last year’s IAM Conference in Washington.
Speaking of our clients, we are currently in the process of setting up a RedSky Account Management Programme. In line with our client-centered ambitions, we will be able to provide more frequent and personal service to you as a valued RedSky client. Expect more details on our plans shortly!
