This Privacy Policy describes how RedSky Mobility Solutions, LLC (“RedSky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information through our website (www.redskymobility.com) and our service platform located at https://www.skyrelo.com/redsky (the “Platform”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use, access, and correction of your personal information.
RedSky provides software-as-a-service to the mobility, relocation, transport, warehousing, and logistics industries. The companies that use our software (“RedSky User Companies” or “Clients”) engage RedSky to help deliver relocation, moving, and mobility services to the individuals they serve. The use of information processed through our service is limited to providing the services for which a Client has engaged RedSky.
RedSky operates in two distinct capacities depending on the information involved:
Where this Policy describes rights, choices, or contacts, the appropriate channel depends on which capacity applies, as explained below.
RedSky complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. RedSky has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, and to the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles with regard to the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this Privacy Policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern. To learn more about the Data Privacy Framework program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/.
RedSky is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives under the DPF and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. RedSky complies with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over RedSky’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF. In certain situations, RedSky may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
Information processed on behalf of our Clients (RedSky as Processor)
RedSky processes the following categories of personal information on behalf of RedSky User Companies, who collect it from the individuals they serve, for the purpose of providing relocation, moving, and mobility services:
Some of the information that Clients enter into the Platform may include sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, identity and immigration documents, or financial account details). RedSky processes any such information solely on the instructions of its Clients and applies appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect it. RedSky does not collect sensitive personal information in its own capacity as a controller.
Information we collect as a Controller
When RedSky acts as a controller, it collects Client account and contact details, billing and transaction information, and information needed to operate, secure, and administer its services and business. None of the information RedSky controls in this capacity is sensitive personal information.
For information RedSky processes on behalf of a Client: if you are a customer of one of our Clients and you no longer wish to be contacted, or you wish to make a choice about how your information is used, please contact the RedSky User Company you interact with directly, as they are the data controller for that information.
For information RedSky controls: if you are a Client and would like to update your account or make a choice about your information, please contact us at support@redskymobility.com.
We will never use or share the personal information provided to us in ways unrelated to those described in this Policy without first providing you an opportunity to opt out of, or otherwise prohibit, such unrelated uses. We will alert you prior to any such disclosure and allow you to opt out, electronically or in writing.
Marketing emails: if you no longer wish to receive marketing-related emails from us, you may opt out by replying with the subject line “Unsubscribe,” or by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us.
RedSky User Companies may transfer personal information to companies that help them provide their services. Such transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions of this Policy regarding notice and choice and by the service agreements between RedSky and its Clients. Where RedSky transfers personal data received under the DPF to an agent acting on its behalf, RedSky remains responsible for that processing consistent with the DPF onward transfer liability provisions.
For information RedSky processes on behalf of a Client (RedSky as Processor): RedSky has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes on behalf of its Clients. An individual who seeks to access, correct, amend, or delete information held on a Client’s behalf should direct the request to the relevant RedSky User Company (the data controller). RedSky will assist its Client in responding to such requests and, where the Client instructs RedSky to act, will do so within a reasonable timeframe.
For information RedSky controls (RedSky as Controller): upon request, RedSky will confirm whether it holds personal information about you. You may access, correct, or request deletion of that personal information by logging in to your account or by contacting us at support@redskymobility.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you have a question or complaint regarding our handling of personal information, please contact us first at support@redskymobility.com. We are committed to responding to complaints, and in no case will we respond later than 45 days after receiving a complaint.
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, RedSky commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on the DPF to TRUSTe, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your DPF Principles-related complaint from us, or if we have not addressed it to your satisfaction, please visit https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request for more information or to file a complaint. These dispute resolution services are provided at no cost to you.
For complaints regarding DPF compliance that are not resolved by any other DPF mechanism, you may, under certain conditions, invoke binding arbitration. Further information is available on the official DPF website.
RedSky retains personal data it processes on behalf of its Clients for as long as needed to provide services to that Client, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. RedSky maintains a records retention schedule that defines retention periods for the categories of information it holds. When personal data is no longer required for these purposes, it is securely deleted or archived in accordance with that schedule.
The security of your personal information and our Clients’ information is important to us. When sensitive information (such as login credentials) is entered, we encrypt the transmission using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). We follow generally accepted standards to protect personal information both during transmission and once we receive it, consistent with the RedSky Information Security Policy. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have questions about security on our Platform, you can contact us at support@redskymobility.com.

If RedSky is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or use of your personal information, along with any choices you may have.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our information practices.
