First RedSky User Forum

Forum date: 27th & 29th of March
Subject: RedSky User Forum

Since RedSky was established, many of you have provided us with valuable feedback and insights on how RedSky can better integrate with your daily workflow. As a sign of appreciation towards our loyal customers and as a way to continue enhancing the system together, we will be hosting the RedSky User Forum: a one-day gathering of RedSky customers and the RedSky team. We will also be using the session to announce new product and roadmap updates.

The first RedSky User Forum is scheduled for March 27, 2019 and will precede this year’s FIDI Conference in Amsterdam, which RedSky is proudly supporting with a Silver Sponsorship. Save the date and register now for our first RedSky User Forum, as more details will be announced shortly!

The results of the RedSky User Forum

We look back at a successful first edition of the RedSky User Forum. Many thanks to all clients who took the effort to attend the event and who provided us with valuable feedback.

Based on the feedback and comments of the attendees, we have decided that we will focus on the following matters:

1. Creating a stable working environment. We will primarily focus our attention on improving the reliability and stability of the RedSky platform.

2. Setting up appropriate communication channels. This will most likely be done by setting up an SMS service. Clients will proactively be informed about urgent RedSky matters.

3. Sending out regular updates. You will regularly receive news regarding RedSky in the form of a newsletter in your mailbox.

4. Hosting webinars. Beside the option to attend the webinars, they will also be recorded and open to all to use for training purposes.

We aim to keep improving RedSky and our services to you. That is why we are organizing the second RedSky User Forum later this year around the dates of IAM 2019. We will keep you informed about this coming event!
