Product features
2019 will see numerous improvements to the RedSky platform. These will include:
- Performance – Updates that improve system speed and responsiveness;
- Navigation – Improvements to the system’s navigational structure;
- Communications – Email functionality within the RedSky product;
- Admin features – Agent modification that allows company admins to suggest changes to their agents themselves;
- Rules – “To Do” rules that correspond with the FIDI Guidelines;
- Dashboards – Dashboards to support coordination workflows.
